My friend was asking me how to do ferrero rocher wedding flower as she is going to get married at end of Jan. I have some ideas on how to do it, because I have attend talk in hamper and present wrapping recently.

When I search, I just reliase saw before this ferrero rocher wedding flower and I blogged before this ferrero rocher wedding flower post. Meaning last time I did want to do this before :)

But suddenly I came arcoss this web site that is cool - michaels craft website. I love the flower arranging and the tips and technique in the flower bouquet for wedding. Its just lovely.

How To Arrange Flowers For A Small Vase

Wedding plush

One of my friend is registering themselve soon, wanna make something special for them, so here is my creation:

Stripes light blue is the bride, and the other one is the Groom. This is the 1st time I sew this wedding plush. Should be the stripes light blue sock for the groom and the colorful groom sock for the bride.

Here is the bride, I have added a headpiece on the head with flowers, lace skirt with beads and the bride name "Moh" on the love with is attach to the groom.


Here is the handsome groom, should create a black coat for him, but lack of materials and I just get blue color as it match with the bride. Hat is created by felt and the coat is just ribbons and buttons. I have attach "Yau" name at the love and its attach to the bride.

ITs just time to find a nice packaging for this lovely plush :)

body measurements

I found this very useful for measuring where is your hips, your wrist... etc. Always don't know how to measure properly :)

I just manage to create 1 handmade greeting card to Su Lin, my lovely friend during high school. Hope she will like it.

I love the matchbox design alot, look not like craft work, but look like commercial art work. Wonderfull. The beads she sent to me are so unique. Will make my self a charm or bracalet for my kid soon. I love receiving beads from them.

Suprisingly she is the 1st one to give me Xmas present this year. Not that I'm special, but all the locals have one present from her. The ladies receive the same present which is a snowball christmas man and the guys will receive chocolates.

Stacking Fabric Christmas Trees

Nowadays seems like there is no limit to xmas tree to greeny grass trees. Even fabric can do the work. This Stacking Fabric Christmas Trees is from The Small Object Steno Pad. She even provided a online downloadable template for this.

My new stationary - glitter glue

I always see people add glitter glue on gretting cards and label of their crafts. Finally got a smaller pack of glitter glue with several colours. Basic sliver and gold color are nice enough. But those other color are brilliant too. This is the smaller pack - RM6.90 and a bigger pack for RM14++. I just want to try, so I brought the smaller one. Coz sometimes I seems like just hot for awhile only.

I have add it on my craft work yesterday. On my xmas handmade card that I made and the lollipop bookmark on the ribbon part. It add spark on my craft work. Lovely!! Seems I enjoy it alot.

Lollipop Christmas Gift

This year is abit special. I decided to creat my own gifts to sent to my friends. It is very simple to do, just you need 3 types of colored Chenille stems (毛根) - christmas theme red, green, white(I cannot find white, so replace with sliver color). Just twist and twist until it become like this.

I got the christmas label ribbon from ribbon swaps which I think that's allsome. I couldn't find anywhere in Malaysia.

Those longer one are bookmarks and those smaller ones are multipurpose as you can use it as a keychain, oranments or even an handphone charm. I have sent some to my friends and they love it very much.

Christmas tree @ Sungai Wang 2007

I think this is the best shopping decoration I so far have seen. So mystical and fantasy look with dim lights~ I like those metal curly ball shape. Thats my type.

So far which decoration you like? Time square, KLCC or far away from Penang - New World Park or Queensbay mall?

Heard that The curve is very nice, haven't have a chance to go there yet.

Xmas tree at New World Park 2007

Penang's famous Swatow Lane was once the most popular place to eat hawker food. My mum told me that anything food is nice at there, just order.

But today it have change to a food court called New World Park. There is a large food court and shops surrounding there. Even some handicraft stores around that area. (My favorite)

Love the xmas tree, so unique. With the wild fan toy on the tree.

Food there is good, not every one. Too hungry and forget to take picture. The curry mee my dad say it good, but I think is so so only. The Curry Mee near my house is better. I love the cendol~~ Yummy.

Chirstmas decoration @ Queensbay Mall 2007

I love xmas decorations, I manage to snap some from Queensbay Mall, Penang when I was back at the weekend. Seems like they haven't really start to decorate the mall with xmas decoration. I only see this on the middle hall only.



And some bits of small chirtmas tree around the mall ~ compare to KLCC decoration or Time Square one.


KL seems like all malls are decorated with xmas tree, why Penang seems to be that slow? Or is this the decoration for the mall??

Xmas Tree @ KLCC 2007

KLCC always have the highest xmas tree on all the shopping malls.



This year, kinda look the same as per pervious year. Just some slight difference only.

But its still very nice. Pretty and wonderful ~~ There are other decorations around the mall. Later see got time to snap some.

November crafts and swaps

Bits and tips of time, I manage to come out some crafts

Love matchbox swap because they are small, tiny, cheap in postage, and I can do some crafts on top on the small matchbox. Just and hour I could finish the desgin on the matchbox, just the not easy part is to find the bits to put into the matchbox.

Xmas Tree @ Time Square 2007

When Time Square yesterday with my collegue too hunt for our Company Chirtsmas party Theme - pirates of the Caribbean that is coming this friday.

Chirtsmas tree on Time Square~~ So lovely~ hope to have 1 tree on my house like that, but I only got and mini one only.

Lovely isn't it? But this kind of socks really choose people to wear, if your leg is too fat, it will make your leg more fat ~

Multicolor socks are very popular recommand from Vivi from summer until winter now, but for winter, the quality more thick and heard can cover your skin color and look thiner.

Pirate preparation

Friend: When are you having your Chirstmas Party?
Me: End of November
Friend: What, so fast are? The not even every shopping mall finish their chirtsmas decoration, you all already Chirstmas Party?

Well, my current company are mostly britian and they celebrate it earlier as they need to go back to their hometown, which is UK at mid of december. So december is a holiday month here. All people are in holiday mood starting from early November.

This year theme is pirates of the Caribbean. Such an hard theme compare to last year where is just something on your head. What am I going to wear, thats the big issue.
Pirates of the Caribbean lady dress are more on olden days dress where it is hard to find here. When I search from the internet. I see it's imposible to find this kind of dress in Malaysia.


Actually I love this one, looks cool, isn't it?


This look like hot sexy dress to seduce guys? Not suitable at all.


My collegue rented the costume from Costumes 'N' Parties at City Square at Jalan Tun Razak(Near Ampany Park LRT station) where they have 3 days rental of different types of costume. I saw this is very nice Royal Lady Pirate Costume.



Rental is RM90 including the hat. That's quite expensive. Just wear for 4 hours cost that much. But the bad thing is I totally cannot fit into the dress. Its too loose for me. But the dress is quite nice. Just its not fitting and doesn't look good on me.

Borrow a nice funky skull pirate belt from my housemate. Looks cool right. I have a plan on my mine how to dress up. Just that I don't know it will look good or not on that day.



I know those Mat salleh will be very serious in dressing up, my manager even went to tailor made the dress. Crazy right. But still have the locals to backup as not all will be dressing up so grand. As our chirtmas party is at the afternoon - lunch time, don't be surpise if u see a bunch of pirates walking at the street and inside the cars.(the way from office to the pub restorans)
