Busy week

I am so tired and exhausted. I do not have too much to blog, to rest or even time to play my facebook games.

I loaded some of my kawaii fabrics that I had a hard time to decide to sell them. I love those fabric, but it seems that I do not have much time to use them. So I decided to share them out to those handcrafters that love them. You can get them at here.

I spoted some vintage brass necklace that are pretty lovely and I grab some and put them on my shop. Plus there are on a much cheaper price then the previous collection.

This 2 items had make me madness busy this few days. I need to check my email for orders and reply them, add them on the reserved list (as items are limited) and ask for payment and bla bla bla. Every night I need to spend hours and hours on packing itself. The moment I stop packing it was almost 12 midnight.

I'll be going to a long vacation to Taiwan this coming March, yet I have comfirm my schedule and booking on the hotel room and transportation. These few days are just searching and searching for more details on accomodation and a cheaper price in transportation.

After 2 body check up, I still can't solve my body issue. I sometimes started to get more worry after hearding more cases that my friend share around. Maybe will visit the chinese doctor to solve those problems.

I wish to rest and sleep more. I remember 1 day after work, I sraight when to bed and sleep until 10pm, then woke up because I was too hungry. I didn;t have my dinner before I whento bed.

Chinese New Year is coming soon. I hope that I can rest more that time ~

I enjoy making this some day ago...
I got some from a swap, some from my collection. It looks rows of flowers at the garden.
I kinda love more and more the lomo effect. It looks perfect on those vintage flower buttons.
I tried up the button cover fabric too. They just love simply cute with those small characthers on each hair pin.
I think it will look great on baby girl or young girls. Looks sweet.
Sometime I can't stop myself on wearing them too.

It is been a busy week. Loads and load of work to be done. I think be getting there soon...

Animal stamps and fabric laces

Some of the things that I spoted for awhile. Mostly from website overseas. Wanted to get them, but it is kinda expensive to ship only 1 item from overseas.

Such a coincidence that I saw a local shopping spree from Korea and I quickly place my order in this cute animal rubber stamp. The stamp is so detail and sweet. I already used them for some of my packaging and some card making.

Tape fabrics that I always see at Taiwan website, I got these at Queensbay mall on my last visit back to Penang. They are too cute to be cut off and I think it looks beautiful attached on my handmade bags/pouches.

I need to start sewing soon.

Whimsical Jar Swap

Here is the Whimsical Jar Swap hosted by Kelly. This is my first Whimsical Jar Swap. I always wanted to join this kind of swap but the postage to overseas are too expensive.

Here is the jar for my partner Pussy Cat. I notice that she did more on beading and I have send here some beads and charms from my collection.

I decorated the cover of the jar with Penny Black clear stamps, pattern paper and flower ribbons. I have added some glitter on the stars...



The front of the jar I decorated with a Cat holding a gift stamp from Penny Black. I stamped the word "It's your day.... spoil yourself silly!" which I think it is just perfect for my partner to spoil herself on so much craft materials that I sent.

Here are some sneak preview on the jar. I squeeze alot craft materials from fabric, lace, trims, ribbons, charms, erraser, clips, decorative items, kawaii items, deco tape and much more.... Here is the of the content that I sent to my partner when she pour out the whole jar.

Here is the jar that I received from Joan. She decorated the jar using fabric and beautiful laces.

Cute animals & zakka lace rubber stamps

I am thinking on using them at my next project.... These cute animals and zakka lace rubber stamps are just too cute, too beautiful.... I always wanted those lace line stamps, it seems to be something like those real lace where I can stamp on paper for card making and fabric for decorations.

lacey day

It seem like I can't stop buying lace. This time I hunt for cotton lace. First I would want to add it on my bag/pouch making. Second I would like to add them on my dolls dress.

Some that I brought last week, some are from my collection, some are from swaps. I just love them.... Hope to see them on my next collection of bags. Else my container will not be able to close (too full

Pouch, pencil case, donuts~~ I'm productive!

I am productive last weekend. Manage to finish all my custom orders and made some new stuff. All because TS when to Kota Kinabalu for hiking the hill and I have all my time for myself.

My latest collection of the pencil case range is these Matryoshka (Russion Dolls) and Japanese Dolls.
The russian dolls are just so cute. With cats and mushrooms in row. And my favourite color, it is in pink~~!!

Custom order for a customer. She want a big She wanted a big pencil case. I think it so big that I can put most of my cosmetic inside. Able to store a Scientific calculator inside too.

I made an extra cosmetic pouch for sale too (with pink polka dot linning)~~ I kinda start to love fabrics in bright red color. Plan to do a tote bag with this fabric too.

I tried to make some blythe dress too. I manage to make one and my housemate manage to make one. But I haven't take her out for shoting (I'm too bored on my home view). Promise will snap some picture soon.

Arrange of craft materials and found I have so many buttons. My storage box was burst~ Can't fit them all. I'm selling of some of them. Please visit here if you are interested to purchase them. I have some tiny flower buttons and some animal fancy button for sale.

WIP: Donuts delight ~~ Still waiting them to dry up completely~~ I have done a custom order for donuts too. Since I start dirty my hand with those clay. I might wise make some more in 1 shot.

Jatujak/Chatuchak Weekend Market

Jatujak Weekend Market or Chatuchak is the must go shopping place at Bangkok if you are at there during weekends. Its only open at weekends. Our first day at Bangkok was Sunday. I insist in going to this market. I told TS that most people spend a whole day at here but his friend say 2-3 hours of shopping time is enough. I told them impossible but they didn't believe me.

We took the BTS train to Mo Chit Station. Here is the ticket machine, just change coins with the counter to buy the tickets.
Here is train comes ~~ the train is more advance compare to KL, abit similar to Singapore MRT.

Reach Mo Chit station. Look at the crowds~~ Look at the busses and taxi~~ Omg ~~ so much people. It is around 2.30pm and the sun is very hot. There is a view from the train station that we can see how huge is the weekend market. I forgotten to take picture on that. But you can see them at here.
We are too hungry that we grab some waffles when we come out from the train. TS eating the rum and raisin waffle.

We walk down the train station and saw a park. No one have any idea on how to enter the weekend market and we followed people walking into to the park. The park are some of people picnic on this hot sun. Crazy~!

We walk and we walk, and spotted some food to eat. It is hard when it comes to ordering food as we don't understand thai. So we need to point the menu and show 1 or 2 with our fingers. Here is comes- Tomyam noodles~! Was surprise why it is in white color. And at the table have several sauces. The seller seems understand what we are asking and pull out 4 difference sauce for TS to mix with. Here you can control how spicy or how sweet your soup/noodle will be.

Pork noodle~~ nothing special, just that the portion of food at Bangkok is small. Similar to Penang, but the price is KL price. That means expensive.

After our meal. It was 3pm already. Omg~~ Time is running out as i know the stalls start to close around 6pm. It is best to get a map, incase you get lost. We got ours on half of our shopping journey.

The first thing that got our attention was this knitting colorful bags. Yes, colorful things will attrack me alot.

We ended up buying 3 bags. I choose the most smallest and cutest one. The rest was brought by TS. I feel very "aunty" if carry bigger bags on these design.

We brought another luggage at jatujak. 4 wheel army skin luggage only cost 1500Baht. If buy in Malaysia, after discount it is still RM300++.

I know I don't have enough time to walk the whole market, so I only choose what I like to see the most to look around. I was lucky that the first station I walk into the art and craft section.

The second thing I spotted was these beautiful lights~~ I love love them alot~~ I wish I can buy all and decoration my house, but I do not own one now. So I just brought 1 pack which contains balls and latterns of lights. Beautiful~~

This i spotted myself~~ Bird cage! Not sure why people like handcrafts love bird cage. But it's a popular item to decorate your garden or your home. There is alot of them selling there but it is too big to carry back to KL. Does this look great??

Tote bags~ I think hand draw too~~ I enjoy walking and looking at this area~ so much ideas that I can get here~

It was a rush trip shopping here. I do see alot of miniature food like cakes, dishes, sushi, tables, chairs, even stalls, booths... I even saw some shop selling beads, shells accesories, paper flowers (very cheap~ can use for card making),gift boxes, buttons.... Too many. My suggestion to just buy when you see them, else sometimes you won't able to find the stall back.

TS spotted another hand draw t-shirt shop ~~ I love them so much~ Almost every piece have different dolls and design~

Another designer's design T-shirt. TS wanted the Mummy T-shirt but it was out of stock, so he choose a Thai Boxing T-shirt and I choose the Thai language T-shirt.

I don't really like this type of handmade t-shirts but it is crowded with people in front of the shop~

Drawing on Blythe~~

Found some blythe outfit and dolls selling at the ladies fashion area. I saw some blythe doll outfit but I didn't brought any~~ regreting now~! Blythe dolls are very expensive at Thailand.

Mango with sticky rice 50Baht~ We saw from the hotel this is a must try item. But I think nothing so special of it. Just the mango taste good and sweet.

Alien vs Predator made from recycle metals and hardware. Was impressed!

There even have a section selling pets. So many cute dogs that I like. Pricing starting from 5000Baht which cost more then thousand RM in Malaysia. Wish I can bring them home, but they can't ship to Malaysia :(

Wholesale of dog food and materials~~ first time I see so much different dog food....

Dog are as lucky as human now, they even have kimono dress for dogs. Accessories for dogs too (Bling bling neck tie for dogs).... Bangkok is really more advance then Malaysia.

This is my first time I saw dress for rabbit~~ omg!!!

A branch of youngster wearing in black, hands taking human organ (of cause fake ones) and starting to shout out their slogan (in thai) which we do not understand. At first we though they are protesting.

Incest snacks again~~ I dare not eat!~~

Some tiny buttons and fancy buttons I got from jatujak. Very reasonable price. The ribbons I got from pratunam market for 50Baht only. We left jatujak around 6pm. I want to come here again. Shopping at Bangkok is definately cheaper then Singapore.
