Trying new design + PIPIT Wonderful Market 4

After all the long holiday and rest, I manage to get myself on the sewing machine and try some new design.

First was this dawstring pouch. Initially I wasn't doing this but it looks good after the mix and match of the bright pink polka dots with lace combain with this pink kawaii fabrics. I have sew even 2 small dots to cover the knot of the string that adds more cuteness on the drawstring pouch. I can just sit there and admire on the pouch. I feel sucessful and great to see the outcome. That the wonder and joy on crafting. I sew 2 more in a similar design just with different fabrics. You can see all of them on my shop.


Tried this tissue pouch and it turn out to be cute. Will be sewing more different fabric for the upcoming PIPIT event.

Crafting times

Here are some of my crafts that I did recently.

Created some Valentine bracelet from this heart shape locket that I got several months ago. You can put your lover's picture and your picture on the locket. Isn't it wonderful?

I am a charm person and I enjoy put most of my charms to form a bracelet.

A custom made bookmark for my customer and a new shoot using my new camera. All these picture were taken by my new camera and I must say I love my camera.

A custom order of sakura pencil case, this time I tried stitching names on the pouch. But I notice it doesn't look too well in dark background. Maybe it will be looking good in light color fabrics.
She requested a small pocket inside the pouch. The color is matches well with the polka dots inner fabric. Hope she will like it~!

A small zipper pouch for a custom order. I think this size matches well for putting my cellphone.

Hello London, Forrest Kawaii pouch

Gosh~ It seems to be a long time that I didn't sew. Was side track on other crafts which keep myself busy and doesn't have much time on sewing. Was busy on the housing hunting and purchasing process that keeps us rush here and there to find a best home that we like.

This was a fabric that I buy some time ago, one of my favorite. It is in bright blue color covered with red uniform queens guard marching and playing music for the upcoming festival. Each of them have it's own instruments. The fabric itself is so cute as if they are stories just by viewing the farbic.
I have added a Paris Tower charm on the zip....
Sew on the linen fabric label that I got several months ago. It match perfectly with the theme of this pouch.

I think this small pocket inside the pouch is so cute. You can store your small stuff, such as lipstick or lip blum.
Another zipper pouch that I have sew. The fabric consist of animals such as rabbit, horse, mouse, bears dress up for a carnival parade inside the forest. I have added a polka dot ribbon on the bottom left of the pouch. Giving out this pouch to someone you love and care as represent on the bear hugging your heart. I really made it with love on all my crafts and I can spend time just admiring them.

Lines & stripes pouch

Its been quite some time I didn't sew... These fabric I cut sometime ago but was busy with other things. Recently I just took out my sewing machine and started sewing.

I kinda notice that bows is very popular now days, from hair band to hair tie even bags. Got inspiration from the nuts about you tote bags I did. This is a mini version on it. You can use it as a pencil case or a small cosmetic bag.


I just love the white pearl attach to the blue ribbon, simple yet elegant. I love this blue lines fabric a lot and I promise myself I need to make a tote bag for this fabric.

Another stripes fabric that is my favorite. It reminds me of something, but I don't really actually remember it. The combination of bright pink and light green is just so vintage... At first I wanted to do the bow as the blue stripes pouch but it somehow doesn't fit. (I do not have a matching color ribbon or string for it). I search on my "treasure" and found this pastel pink rose match it well.

Sometimes a simple fabric will make some difference if you put your mind and heart in creating it, to make it special and unique.

Finally the bags were out

Finally, I manage to snap pictures on some of the bags that I made a few weeks back.

This is one of the bag I love the most. It looks so elegant taking it around. I used zakka light brown fabric with dark blue handles for this hand carry bag. I have added a bow with a pearl in front of the bag. I decorated this bag with chains wondering around with dragonfly and butterfly following with a hand stamped fabric ink note of "nuts about you" message (from hero arts stamps that I brought) on the bag.



Another on of my favorite. This Beautiful motif of trees around the bag with deers and rabbit wondering around the trees got my attention when purchasing this fabric. I didn't really care how the fabric pattern was cut. And it ended up 2 side are in different portions of the fabric. But it is still something special as 2 sides are different and you can change anyside that you like anytime.

Some eco-shopping bag that I have made. Now everywhere is promoting to get your own shopping bag rather using plastic bags. It's time to save the planet....

This eco tote bag I handpaint with aryclic colors which consist an elephants, a bird & a cloud. The message "happy time" is drawn using a fabric marker. This is my first time drawing in fabrics and it was kinda fun. It reminds me those days when we attend art class at schools.

I have cut and sew a polka dot fabric for the elephants ear. Looks more 3D look.....

This was the first bag I learn how to sew a eco tote bag. When I start sewing, it really makes me a headache, but it become more and more easy when I start sewing more and more.

Addicted to sewing bags

Let you see what I am doing recently. I am now addicted in sewing larger bags, such as shopping bag, tote bag and hand carry bags.... I guess I abit sick on sewing the same pattern of pencil case and cosmetic bags for my shop. I plan to finish them by end of the weekend so I can get some lovely picture on them. I'm still considering to join or not to join the pipit market event that is coming soon. Sometimes I hate to just rush and rush for an event, which makes me tension on crafting. Shall I join the event this coming July??

I was happy that recieved my Hero Arts and Penny Black stamps safely. The Penny Black stamps are so much detail in those lines. Not very sure if it is really good in stamping in fabric, but I think it will works fine in paper. I tried stamping the Hero Arts stamp on the fabric yesterday and it looks fine. But the ink kinda stain on my stamp. Do I need to buy a stamp cleaner to clearn it??

Today I receive some more clear stamps, flowers and brads from crafty heart. Happy days!

Bookmark exchange and laptop sleeve

Its been quite a while that I didn't make things with paper. This time I joined NNC bookmark exchange, so I took out my card making things and make these cards.

I was addicted on those flowers and butterfly emblishments recently. Almost all my cards are make from them. The only difference are how I arrange them and different pattern paper I mix and match with it. I added some laces to my card this time. On the right of the image. I tried to make something different. The background of the card was made from scraps of fabrics that I left. The scraps fabrics are too beautiful to be thrown away to the bin. So I keep them and here they are, in a bookmark for the swap.

Actually the swap only needed 2 cards, but i did additional one more for an online friend. She will be getting them soon.

At the weekends, I manage to sew the laptop sleeve a customer. Sorry for the delay anyway

It seems that I have alot ideas on mind, I just to lazy to take all my supplies out and crafting and then keep them when I need to sleep at night. There is no proper place for me to do crafting and I just use the living room. And everytime I start crafting, I will mess up the whole living area. I just wish I have a room in future

Polka dot + sakura wristlet pouch

I had a busy weekend last week. Besides attending the Blythe gathering, I spend all my weekend sewing these custom orders of cosmetic pouches and handphone pouches.
The pink polka dots and sakara wristlet pouch turn out to be extreemly beautiful. I was admiring at it after I complete it. Although it took me longer time to finish it, but I love the accomplishment of doing something beautiful. It is so hard to let it go.

Mobile phone case and card swap

Was addicted in sewing this colorful mobile phone pouch at the weekends. See how many of them I created just at a beautiful sunday. I love to match the inner fabric with the exterior fabric, buttons and the ribbon to suit each pouch. For more closer look on each pouch, visit the shop and get them before it runs out.

NNC card swap that I made. Got inspiration from my previous birdly lace necklace that I make. After I completed I was wondering to post it or not? To remake or not? Thinking will it be too colorful? Will it be too messy?? What do you think?

Blythe dress #3

Sorry for the bad lighting, I took the picture at evening time. This was the 3rd dress that I make. Anyone wants donut??

She is so lucky that I made her new clothers, brought her new shoe and treat her donuts. I should take her to the sun to take picture. This picture looks dark...

Pouch, pencil case, donuts~~ I'm productive!

I am productive last weekend. Manage to finish all my custom orders and made some new stuff. All because TS when to Kota Kinabalu for hiking the hill and I have all my time for myself.

My latest collection of the pencil case range is these Matryoshka (Russion Dolls) and Japanese Dolls.
The russian dolls are just so cute. With cats and mushrooms in row. And my favourite color, it is in pink~~!!

Custom order for a customer. She want a big She wanted a big pencil case. I think it so big that I can put most of my cosmetic inside. Able to store a Scientific calculator inside too.

I made an extra cosmetic pouch for sale too (with pink polka dot linning)~~ I kinda start to love fabrics in bright red color. Plan to do a tote bag with this fabric too.

I tried to make some blythe dress too. I manage to make one and my housemate manage to make one. But I haven't take her out for shoting (I'm too bored on my home view). Promise will snap some picture soon.

Arrange of craft materials and found I have so many buttons. My storage box was burst~ Can't fit them all. I'm selling of some of them. Please visit here if you are interested to purchase them. I have some tiny flower buttons and some animal fancy button for sale.

WIP: Donuts delight ~~ Still waiting them to dry up completely~~ I have done a custom order for donuts too. Since I start dirty my hand with those clay. I might wise make some more in 1 shot.

Granny reversable bag

Something I made before I went to Bangkok. Granny reversable bag. I always love the shape of this bag. The background luggage was brought at Jatujak Bangkok which I mention earlier. I used light brown zakka color with small flowers fabric and sweet pink polka dots fabric for the other side. I feel satisfy, glad and happy I manage sew this bag.

Planning to sew more in the coming weekend~~

Blythe dress #2

My second attempt on sewing blythe doll dress. Got that online tutorial here: Blythe A-line Dress. It is kinda hard to sew her neckhole and arm hole in a small dress using the sewing machine. So I decided to handsew both parts. Just one small shortcoming, I didn't have a string color to match with the polka dots green and the white color thread become so obvious on the green fabric.
I have added some love buttons on the side of the dress. I added a lacely inner layer in her neckline as she looks too sexy with only the dress on. I have also sew a matching hair pin and a small sling bag for her. I love to do small bags together with my dress. Her hair is getting more and more messy. I do not have a comb to help her comb her hair. Will need to have a hair wash session one day soon.

Birdy pouch

Thanks for all the warm wishes on the previous post. I rested alot and getting more well. I tell myself not to sleep too late at night, but sometimes it still not controlable when my hands are crafting~

This birdy pouch i made on and off last week. The pouch is made from plain cotton linen. It is a bird in it's cage with leafs besides. I use felt and handsew them on the pouch. Added some lace trim on it. Inner linning is in polka dots green. Nice~
Me and my housemate start to cook for dinner starting last week. It is fun, funny and exciting. I always forgot to snap pictures on what we cook!~

Forrest pouch

Make this last weekend. I always love greeny stuff. Makes me think of eco-friendly, save the earth thingy. Both of the fabric match well. (Noted: the pouch is in dark green, not sure why it looks like dark brown on the photos.)
I added some cotton trim to seperate 2 different fabrics. I love the forrest fabric which consist of beautiful prints of flowers, mushrooms, trees, squirels and apples. It is linned with green polka dot fabric inside the pouch.

I'm thinking of keeping it for my own~~ Hehe~
