Blythe gathering at Marmalade Cafe, KL

A small gathering compare to the previous one at Pavilion and KLCC. Marmalade Cafe is located at Bangsar Village 2, Kuala Lumpur. The food there are in big portion and taste good. Mine turkey wrappo was very tasty, it taste way much better compare to O'brians.

I was so rush on this gathering, I forgot to take my camera and here are photos that took by others.

Two friendly freckles with different style. Even the same doll looks different. Mine doll is on the left of the picture. She is happy that she finally have a decent, beuatiful dress that I got from her. The other doll is with a red hook... she definately looks cute.

New release blythe 2009

Too many dolls released lately which makes my heart temping to get one. I love those limited editions one, which have brown color straight hair dolls, such as "Baby's Breath" & "Beatrice Vest",but the price will be above RM500 per doll by then.

July 09 Doll Gathering #2~ just friends

We known each other because we have the same interest.

We know each other because we love this toy dolls.

3 beautiful girls with their dolls~ 2 of them are from Singapore.

Chit chatting session after the meals. The guy on the middle (I think is the restoran manager) was interested on our dolls and sat down and chat with us too.

Initially that checkers hat that I brought is for my doll. But this hat does not match her but match me well. That's why I am wearing that hat. Charlene has brought a lolita new dress froe her doll and they say it looks just like me. Does we look alike??

July 2009 Doll Gathering #1 ~ Simply dolls

Last Sunday was fun. It was my 3rd time I join a gathering because we love Blythe. We meet at 12 noon at ASENA CAFE, KLCC.

This post is mainly on the dolls I took picture on the gathering. I just realised that my camera was full of doll picture and have so less of people pictures... Will upload fellow people that join the gathering at another post.

This was a beautiful outfit from Jooli ~ the famous Blythe dress maker.


Lolita dress is cute ... I like the right hand side doll of the picture. She looks Innocent.

Blythe outing

Sorry of the lack of blogging recently. Was busy at work and not feeling very well.

As promise, I brought her back to TS hometown on the last weekends.
As usual, not every one accept this doll, some of them think why I spend so much on her.
I didn't bring her out of the house. But TS house itself have alot spot of photography.

I try the 2nd generation stand from the Serene and try to investigate how to use them. See more at here (戀戀小布).It is really very hard to make it balance well. She hit the floor several time(ouchhh....sorry, I feel bad for her). Here is one picture I found very cute, her expression and the way she stand looks like she is trying to balancing herself.

That was her school uniform that I made for her during the gathering. On the right handside of the picture was the school uniform that I first made. I couldn't find any tiny round buttons and replace them with tiny love buttons. Anyone know where can I get tiny round buttons, around 4mm-6mm at KL??
I now reliease why people wanted a 2nd doll? Because when I do more then one outfit, I only can dress her in one outfit and snap picture and change another outfit and snap picture. Abit troublesome. I am using this temporary doll stand to display her second outfit.

She is really beautiful with the nature especially with the flowers. This was another outfit that mey housemate made and I have add lace on her sleeve and buttons on the middle of the dress. It is abit big in size for her (my mistake, the template was too big).

Blythe Gathering #2 at Mid Valley

Last saturday, I attend my second blythe gathering at Delicious, Mid Valley. Thank god that Jaymee told me the gathering was in saturday (I don't know why I keep remember the gathering is at sunday instate), else I will miss the gathering.

Well me as usuall, again last minute sew her dress. Actually I did try to sew her dress before, but wasn't that satisfy on her outfit. Luckly I manage to finish them on time. In this gathering, we agree to dress our dolls in school uniforms and some of us does really dress up on school uniforms.

I ordered chickhen salad and see how big the portion is. My friend ordered the salmon ones and it looks nice too.
