Penang Cha Koay Teow is the best!
I'm now living at KL, from the day I start live at KL, I don't eat any Cha Koay Teow in KL. Doesn't suits my taste. Even though TS sister say their place have nice Cha Koay Teow, but the taste is not the same as per Penang style.
Usually Penang Cha Koay Teow have Dried Pork Meat(Lap Cheong), Green Vegetable(Ku Cai) but in KL mainly don't have these 2. I like my Cha Koay Teow to be cook until its abit redish, orangish looks, but here in KL or Johor, the Cha Koay Teow is browish in color.
Anyone know where I can get this kind of Cha Koay Teow in KL??
