I am not a great fan on Hello Kitty, but I just love Kawaii and cute stuff. And I love this Hello Kitty Photo Frame alot. So adorable. Maybe because I like pink and blue is also one of my favorite color. The color match so good.

Everyone thinks Hello Kitty is for young tennage girls, but I don't really think so, I do have Hello Kitty Gold Purse at my bag now and it wouldn't look childish beside it looks mature. But its just a matter in selecting things that look mature. Rather then cute.

Badges

Spring cleaning from my wardrope again,and I found these lying at my desk. Badges~~

I love badges when I was a kid. I start collecting them since High School. During high school we have alot of society and for each major event of the society, eg: camp fire, outdoor activities... etc. They will come out with a design for the event. And distribute to all the member's of the society. And we must wear them at the event. The rest will be sold off to non-members of the society. Maybe because if u do more, u can get better price. At that time, each badge is quite cheap (I don't remember the actual price already). It's very different from the rounded printed badges, its more on self-drawn, some colored, some non-color, metal type badges.

These are some of my favorite badges, love them alot~~ Hard to find these kind of badges after leaving school

old things that I collect

I was tidy on my things, and I saw my old collecterable things as my drawer.

These are the things that I keep, I store, and ended up having masive huge "rubbish". But this "rubbuish" is all my sweet heart.

From Left to right:
1. a small handmade lettet from Angelia teoh ~ my best friend in high school
2. 2 time table, wraped with plastic and written down the time table for highschool. Because I wrap in up, it seems to be new to me until now
3.Kelab Colgate sticker, I think I got from the dentist when I was a kid.
4. Stickers from a bank, it indicates malaysia holidays and some school holiday.

Looking back at them, there are not something that is so nice as I collected for years, but I think at that time. It look so presious to me.


Twin sister coin purse. I don't remember who gave it to me, maybe its my parents, but I love it.


Bookmarks
This is the 1st 2 bookmarks that I brought and I start my collection of bookmarks in Highschool. That time, some bookmarks where cheap, some 10 - 20 cents, per bookmark. But now, I buy them less, as I buy those that I really like, and not just because they are cheap, so I buy them.

asam laksa at jumbo food court

I when back home this weekends, manage to grab asam laksa when I was back in Penang. Here is a snap shot on the laksa I brought from a hawker store near my house. Its not the famous one, but still not bad, very big bowl. Alot stuff, hardly can finish off. The taste still better compare to KL.

Why penang food is much more better then anywhere else??

Was working late today, I have a job which is assigned at 4pm and needed tomorow morning by 10am. Me and another programmer was rushing like hell.

prawn mee

What is famous food in Penang?
Mostly people will answer u, asam laksa.
2nd choice?
Hokkien Mee ~~ aka Prawn Mee

Prawn mee in Penang is called Hokkien mee. But not other place. If u go to KL, don't expect Hokkien mee == Prawn mee.

I love Prawn Mee from young, we are always a regular customer of this prawn mee store. The seller even knows my mum, my grandma, my brother and sister.

Its hard to find good prawn mee outsite Penang. In KL, some prawn mee is very not nice. It have a strong smell on the prawn stings. They doesn't know how to make the sting smell go away.

But I know this store near Wangsa Maju LRT station which serves better prawn mee store then others in KL. But still Penang Prawn Mee is the best.

Here is how its it serve. Looks yummy~~ I will always ask for less noodles, more vegetables. KL people eat alot of noodles and rice.



Here is the store.Just walk down Wangsa Maju LRT, u will see a group of chinese hawkers there.

sweetsurprises's do cute cute kawaii charms, polymer clay, bracelet. Love them alot. Especially the polymer clay stuff. I remember last time I did one in high school before. I love things that are tiny tiny and cure cute. Easy to complete the task

The other day I said that I did a failed ice cream. Not really to say its fail. Still looks good. I have some problem with the glue thing and the sewing part :(

Ampang Yong Yau Fu

What is so different between Ampang Yong Tao Fu and other Yong Tao Fu. This is the difference. Ampany Yong Tao Fu is very big in size. All of them are big size. Today we went again. Called 50 piece of fried dumpling, fried "fu zhu", and other like chili, bitter guard, taufu. All those have are wrap with fish paste meat. Nice. Here are some of my previous post of this topic. Finally I manage to snap some photos of it. Next time see other place that claim go Ampang Yong Tau Fu, make sure it is as big as this :)

ISSEY MIYAKE L'Eau d'Issey Summer

The ISSEY MIYAKE L'Eau d'Issey smell is still on my desk ~ The summer edition was less smell at around 8pm, I spray it on around 1pm. I guess the L'Eau d'Issey last longer then the summer one. That's why the price is such a difference.

I'm starting to like this smell ~ floral smell and its feel fresh.

Kinda like this perfume~ just tried on the counter. Very refreshing smell. Plus like the bottle. Heard that its the summer limited edition. Price RM198(100ml). Cheaper then L'Eau d'Issey alot. But not that long lasting and strong smell comparing to the regular one L'Eau d'Issey. This cost RM236(50ml) and RM320(100ml). But saw lowyat.net could sell 60% more cheaper then the ones on counter and claim they are original one.

Will put it on my wish list. ~

Love lolipop??
Here is one hand sew lolipop with beads. And Baskin Robbin pink spoon. I have several at home. Didn't know how to use until I sew this. Hehe. I forgot to put a Ribbon to it. Go back I should stick a ribbon to it :P

But this is nice already.

my craft materials

I manage to tidy up my craft materials into a shelf, as last time I use to put them at a box. Now its more easy to take and to make my crafty things easlier. Its like when I have mood to do some craft, I can directly take some cloth or felt and start sewing. I have some green transparent box to fill on my beads where last time it was very very messy.

mini buns

Mini buns for my lunch. Not very filling, but tasty. I love the chocolate long bun very much. Guess becouse I love chocolate. The chicken floss s so so. But another one is tasty. Something special from Istan bakery at 3rd floor. But the buns, sandwich there are super expensive.

This is TS child, when he saw her, he directly say: "Why she looks more towards a boy rather a girl??" Haha. TS choose her because she is special, looks like a guy.
Wondering how we will feel when they all know how to write and start writting to us??? Now still World Vision Staff or the children mums will write for us.

my nails

Brought alot of nail colors last time, due to wan to try on the nail art. Ended up too lazy. I just like to colors on my nails which make them more interesting.

This week, I colored mine which blue + white pokadots. The color abit faded. But still very nice to look at. But I don't think I color very well, as some when out and the pokadots don't really look nice.


Will try next time ~

Meeting Wan Yuan in a Rush

Just meet Wan Yuan at Mandarin Oriental Hotel as she vist KL for her business trip.

You know ended up what? I couldn't manage to find her for lunch. You know the 1st time I meet her, ended up teman her shopping. 2nd time, this time find her, she sleep until too late. Where I could only just talk with her while she is packing her lauggage and make herself ready for her meeting. Sigh~~ When can I talk properly with her ??

While she is preparing herself, I snaps some nice picture from her Hotel room. Here is the swmming pool and tennis court at 5th floor of the hotel. Nice view she have here.

I can't go back to Penang, this weekend. Too bad. Need to wait until Chinese New Year when she come back again.
