What is so special about it?
Well, its just a bear.
Because I and TS brought that together. When we are not as a couple.

Maybe that time I already felt for him. Thus, this bear seems meaningful for me. I carry him and put at my desk those days. But now its lying on my TV. Ts say, I always just happy when he brought soft toys for me, but later I tend to dump it appart from me. My bed too small mar.

I'm not a great fan of Mc D. But I like their stuff. Bears, helllo kitty stuff. But I wouldn't collect that much, just a 1 or 2 each collection.

SHORTCUT KEYS

Microsoft Windows and applications shortcut keys.

When I just start working as a web programmer, I was always amaze that programmers use shortcut keys to control the PC. Which I didn't know that is possible when i was in college. What I learn 1st was the Ctrl+S, Ctrl+V, WINKEY + D when I was doing my training in Singapore.

Later, when I formally work as a web programmer in KL, I notice alot programmer like short cut keys. Unlike normal user only use mouse. Learn more tat time.Which I think its fun~ Easy~ interesting.

Bee Products

Recently I was quite actracted with Bee Products, which is Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen.

The most attactive is when I heard a beautition said that it can make a women skin very nice and a balance diet for those people which one healthly life. Wah.... All women wish came true.

One of my friend told me that his sister eat both products, her face will heave rossy chick, skin texture will be better then last time. WAU~~

My Condo

Here is my condo, if u sit at a helicopter and see. It seems like 2 fans. I'm living on the left hand "FAN". And the blue blue one are the car parks.

Got this screen shot from Googles Satelite MAP. Amazing. Some big city, you can even zoom until the 2nd tiny view to see. Its very detail. But I can't find my house at Penang. There is not so much zoom at Penang. Maybe it isn't a big city as in KL Sigh**Googles seems to have alot of new stuff to introduce. The latest one is the Google Calender. Its wonderfull to.

I wasn't able to seach from my home. I manage to Find my office, which is near KLCC. But my bf manage to find the path for me. He is so great. I'm bad in finding roads, but he is good. He even found his working place in Kelana Jaya.

If your eyes are blue, dark brown, green, or hazel-(green at the edges to brown around the pupil), your hair is auburn medium brown, light brown, or strawberry, and you're a "warm," try deep greens, browns, golds, oranges, bright reds, and purples when selecting makeup.

If your eyes are golden brown, green or blue, your hair is dark brown or black, and you're a "warm," try pinks, aquas, yellowy-oranges, light greens, yellows, and lilacs when selecting makeup.

If your eyes are dark blue, green, dark brown, or hazel, your hair is dark brown or black, and you're a "cool," try turquoises, reddish-pinks, whites, silvers, bright pinks, and burgundys when selecting makeup.

Got this usefull article in Epinions. I found it usefull when comes to selecting the lip color I want. There is a lot to decide on before picking out a lipstick! In the market, there is so many kinds of lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm.... What's their different??

There are several types of lipstick formulas that offer different benefits...here are the most common ones, outlined below.

TRANSFER-RESISTANT
means that the lipstick should last up to eight hours, unless you are eating something greasy or oily. This means your color won't come off, but it can feel dry on lips.

LONG-WEARING
means it should stay put for four-six hours but will also probably feel dry. To balance the dryness, look for long-wearing formulas that also containing moisturizers like Vitamin E and aloe.

FROSTED
means that the lipstick will be shimmery, glimmery and irridescent, due to light-reflecting ingredients in the formula.

MATTE
means it will be colorful but opaque, making the pigments flat and non-shiny...this is often also a drying formula.

CREAM
means the formula contains some light waxes like candelilla so your lips won't be as dry, but the formula tends to last for shorter amounts of time.

MOISTURIZING
means the lipstick should be smooth and shiny and usually contains the moisturizing ingredients like Vitamin E and aloe...however, it won't last as long as some other formulas.

SATIN or SHEER
means it will be glossy and full of moisture, but requires lots of reapplication. Usually has a high oil content and looks much darker in the tube than it will on your mouth.

发觉东方的彩妆和西方的彩妆有点不一样。

根据三原色的特性，口红的颜色可分为两类。

Accident

Bad news~ Early morning my love recieve a phone call from his family, saying that one of his cousin dead yesterday from a car accident. What a shocking news. My love say, the last time their meet was at "Cheng Meng", they go together sweeping the kubur. His cousin left his wife and 2 children which is 8 and 4 years old. So pity. Heard that the car hit and run, while he hurt his chest during the accident. Accident occur at 11pm, but people just found him at 1am, so scary. If he was found earilier, maybe he have more chance to surivive. The most pity is how his wife and children need to live. My love was sad, i feel that he and his cousin is very close, as they use to play with each other when their are young. People can go like this, one day he is here, another day he is gone forever.

On Leave

Today is monday and I'm on leave. Horray~~

Why am I onleave? Alot to do, 1st, need to go the Tenaga Nasional to settle the electrical bill, else we will have a cut in our electricity.

2nd, so hungry as we didnt have our breakfast, but too bad, still haven't have more food at 10.30am in the morning, as we are lazy to go up, we hang around in the comic shop near by.

12pm.... hungry... Find food at deas setapak.

1pm ~ reach home, my love sleep for a while, rest, as he need to go for an interview soon. me busying with my beads.

2.30pm ~ my love left from home to interview. What about me? Me go walk walk at KL city. When to pasar seni, petaling street, was fun, alot stuff to see on. Cheap and pretty stuff available there.

6.30pm ~ reach Wangsa maju LRT station, raining heavy, too heavy, I didnt take umberlla that day. That's why. no choice but to run in the rain to my condo.Totally wet when I reach my condo, its 10 minutes walk from the lrt to my condo, altought I run abite, walk abit, still wet. I meet "Long yin" ~ a guy which I known him when I was in the community service at Kedah. We exchange hp no as to keep contact. So paiseh that he saw me so wet. Haha

Reach my condo, I thought safe liao, but 2 lift rosak because of the lightening. Now remaining one lift. When the lift arrive, I was happy, but when it open, I was sad. No light on the lift. Dark.... so scary, but no choice, still have to go up. Cause I can't wait, need to clean up bcoz of the wet rain. Thank god still alot people live at 17, 18 floor, so no problem, as long as got accompany, I'm not that scared.

Alone reach home, alone cook, alone eat, alone work on my crafts, alone sleep. My love midnite baru balik. Busy i think!~

Sunday holiday

Teach a friend makeup at sunday morning, 2nd time ~ Overall is ok, but mascara part still need to improve. My love woke up and cook chickhen rendang. Sounds yummy, but its very very simple by using Idaman Suri premix. 2 step you can cook a delicous rendang. Plus its very delicous, really alike those we eat outside.

Work on Saturday

Today OT, 1st time need to come back to office at work at Saturday.Time from 10am to 2pm, but I don't really think it can be finish at 2pm, but I still agree to come, at Friday nite, I just relaise I have a BBS at 2pm. Oh shit~~, almost forgot.

No choice, but to rush there. So I work until around 1.30pm, I rushed to Amarda hotel. No choice la, altought those task haven't finish, and I'm not coming back on Monday, but I really need to go the the BBS, coz I pay my ticket price liao.

After the BBS, felt very worth going to it, cause I learn alot from there. A young man, at his early 30, very excited when he is giving his speach.

Tote Bag

Brought a Tote bag today, big, sharp green, nylon, from Gurdian. Very cheap from what I see today, RM 15.88. Compare to the 1st time I see the bag, it was RM29.90. The shop earn alot, as the price is so high, and they can reduce the price until this low to sell during sales. But very big the bag, very suitable for travelling which consist of 2 to 3 days trip.

跌倒

又跌倒， 好痛！

是在找一位顾客， 那路很暗，小楼梯又不平，一不小心，就跌倒。敲到膝盖 和脚子。敲到，哇！ 整条腿麻掉的感觉。

原本还以为是会有点黑青，那知还有点流血。太不小心啦！

Ankle 本来都有点酸痛了，在跌倒， 整个左脚和腿又酸又痛！还好 TS 晚上帮我推一推，好多了。 但走路就还是有点痛。

得吃多点 Protein 和 Calmag 啦！

Busy week

Long long time didn't blog... why? Busy during working hours

Use to blog every day, but now, seems lesser time to blog, or even see people blog.
My working place is an IT base company, when I join, mostly we are working with UK or AU clients, but now, slowly more towards local clients.

Local clients have one thing very bad, is they like to change requirements frequently, very frequent. The manager say that we cannot stop clients from changing update information - This i can understand. But even sign off project, deliever live project, they will like to make changes somemore. Forever changing.

Somemore now doing translation~ Japanese. Like see indian words lo~

Last week, whole week rushing for a new project for the local clients. I'm so scare that they make changes again and again.

观粪便辨病

大多数人也许认为粪便又脏又臭，因而排出之后不屑一顾。但如在排便之后瞧它一眼，对于保证健康、及早发现疾病还是非常必要的。

观察粪便主要应注意其性状，如颜色、软硬、粗细、形状，是否便秘、腹泻，粪便表面是否粘附有脓或血，排便后有无鲜血滴出，手纸上有否血迹等。此外，粪便的气味可因疾病之不同而有一定的特征。再结合临床症状，如大便次数的改变，出现里急后重的感觉等，更有助于诊断。
观察粪便一定要仔细，必要时可将其排入便盆中，此时应倾斜便盆，以利于观察。

正常大便的颜色：
大便的正常颜色为黄、褐色。黄色是胆汁中胆红素产生的颜色，褐色是受吲哚和便中合铁化合物的影响所形成。多食碳水化合物，大便为黄色；多食蛋白质时，大便呈褐色。如服用某些中药，大便颜色也会加深。但食物及药物也会改变大便的正常颜色，合叶绿素多的食物以及叶绿素制剂、铁制剂(治贫血的药)、碳末等，可使之呈绿色或黑色。所以根据大便的颜色判断疾病也应参考其他因素。

血液附在大便表面：
像香蕉那样的有形便的表面粘着血液时，要考虑多半是痔疮出血，出血严重时可呈点滴状或喷射状，出血较少时仅在手纸上发现血迹。这种出血一般为鲜血，无脓，且不伴有腹部疼痛。患直肠癌、乙状结肠癌、肠息肉、直肠溃疡等病时也可在粪便上看到血液。年岁较大没有患痔疮的人，如发现大便中带血，应去医院仔细检查，以确定有无癌或息肉的可能。

红色的稀便：
稀便有红色，应考虑是大肠粘膜出血。这和未消化的西红柿、胡萝卜的红色不同。褐色便与粘液、脓汁混合在一起是出血的特征。若红色稀便中混有粘液、脓液，应检查大肠粘膜有无炎症。
如肛门附近的直肠粘膜严重发炎时，可伴有腹痛、排便次数增多。患细菌性痢疾的病人，可排粘液和血混合不均的少量粪便，没有大的臭味。而阿米巴痢疾患者多排出果酱样的大便并伴有腐败性恶臭。
使用广谱抗生素引起的菌群失调，也会发生肠炎，如长期使用抗生素治疗扁桃体炎后，突然出现血性腹泻，就可能是菌群失调造成的。
还有一种非感染性的肠炎--溃疡性结肠炎，发病初期也有像痢疾那样的腹泻症，但它的特点是病程很长。有时伴有腹痛。应该警惕的是，结肠癌和直肠癌也可出现红色稀便，且便中混有脓及粘液，伴有特殊的臭味。患者大便次数增多，有时有里急后重的感觉。此时极易与溃疡性结肠炎相混淆，应及时找专科医生检查。

柏油样便：
柏油样便见于食道、胃、十二指肠、小肠的大量出血(血量至少有60毫升以上)时。便呈黑色并有光泽，奇臭。柏油样便多为稀便，但也有成形的。柏油样便多见于十二指肠溃疡或胃溃疡的出血。此外，在食道静脉瘤出血、暴食后连续呕吐、食道和胃粘膜交界处血管破裂出血时也能见到。不能忽视的是小肠溃疡、癌肿等有时也产生柏油样便。

普通颜色的腹泻：
睡觉着凉，伤风感冒，吃得过多或过冷，都会引起腹泻，排出的多为黄褐色稀便。一般不发热，腹痛也不严重。这些病症虽不严重，但也应进行必要的治疗。

大便变细或变扁：
这是一个危险的信号，一般直肠疡后期，因肠腔狭窄可出现大便形状的改变(变细、变扁)。此时患者多伴有腹胀、腹痛、消瘦、全身衰弱无力、食欲不振等症状。肠腔出现炎性肿块或大的息肉时，应立即去医院就诊。

Examples of gas-producing foods are:

• Vegetables, such as artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, green peppers, onions, peas, radishes, and raw potatoes.
• Beans and other legumes.
• Fruits, such as apricots, bananas, melons, peaches, pears, prunes, and raw apples.
• Wheat and wheat bran.
• Eggs.
• Carbonated drinks, fruit drinks, beer, and red wine.
• Fried and fatty foods.
• Sugar and sugar substitutes.
• Milk and other dairy products in people who have trouble digesting lactose, the main sugar found in milk.
• Packaged foods that contain lactose, such as breads, cereal, and salad dressing.

LIVER DAMAGE

Good rest and sound sleep is very important...if u dont sleep well,the toxic in your body will accumulate,affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil.
   Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits.
Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."
Because:

Evening at 9 - 11pm :
Is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes).
This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music.
If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am :
The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am :
De-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am :
De-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time.
Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need
to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am :
De-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am :
Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick.

Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. HP been bared

Today my hp beeing bared.

Sigh** Bad luck I guess... Today not a good day.

I remember I pay b4 valentine last month, not so sure why they cut our calles.Need to go to KLCC customer center later.

Raining soon. Wet again.

** Pay yesterday at KLCC customer center yesterday. Wah... 8pm no people. They cut my hp because I didn't pay RM30++ at January. And my Febuary bill was RM160++, total is RM230++. Wat the hack, cut my line because I didn't pay RM200++. I though my limit call is RM500 :(

Maanger Last Day

Today is my manager last day.

Just know when I was in a rush on updating some image. "Y" ask me to say goodbye to my manager. And I was thinking why. I saw him sitting on the wheel chair. Hair grown abit longer that last time. Still very weak. Seems very sick to me. WE just shake hand and I told him to take care.

I saw "A" tears where out. She rush to the toilet.

I was shock. For a while that I can regain my consiconous. It's like too fast that the decision he made, that he want the left the company. Reason? Don't know. Maybe he is sick. MAybe he wanna spend more time with family.... etc. No good answer for this.

I just feel sad. Mostly people leave the company, I won't feel anything. MAybe because they are heathly. We will meet another if we call a gathering. But in this case.... argh.... mix feeling

TS say me your manager really as you wish liao, cannot come to work liao. Because that manager say me have alot of MC and EL at Monday and Friday. Thats why he kacau me, and I don't like. At the time, I really very scare or to say don't like to see him. But now when I see him so sick. Just feel pity.

On weekends, I suddenly think of my manager. Suddenly think on introduce him nutrition. Not because of sales. PV or anything. But because I strongly believe that nutrition can make a person healthier. Because of the balance and enuf nutrtion intake we take from suppliments, our life will be more healthier. I'm one prove. I start to consume full suppliments - nutrition breakfast, now i'm feeling real good.

Just don't know how to approch. Now he left... more don't know how to approch.

Today I cook curry chickhen. Use Idaman Suri premixes. Yummy.

My TS one brought 2 pack,
1. Meat Curry Premix
2. Meat Rendang Premix.

All curry ~~

I was wondering why he don't choose Sambal Aneka Premix or Asam Pedas Premix. Cause those can not only cook for meat, but can for vegetables... etc etc.

But still ok, so today morning, we wake up abit early, 11am ... consider late too. Go the w.maju market and buy 1 chickhen. RM11.

Go back, clean the chickhen, cut potato. Put oil into the rice cooker and added the Meat Curry Premix with water. Boil the mixture and later put potato and chickhen. So easy~~!! Let it boil for 30 minute and it can be serve. Wah~ cooking is so easy.

Don't think that the tast will be like shit or tasteless. Because before this, I cook before using other brand premix. No taste the curry. Plus the chickhen no curry taste == the curry can't panetrate the chickhen. But this Idaman Suri Premix is wonderfull. Very thick the curry, the chickhen very strong smell of the curry. plus is very spicy. Keng~~

The latest favour is Tom Yam Premix and Nasi Beryani PRemix .... Fantastic.

Actually my friends kinda say, oh... black color, thats scary.But if u know the techniques, its very very fantastic. I mix before, half pink half black, half green half black, half blue half black.... etc. It mix perfectly well. The 1st day, I mix half blue and half black. Ended up I have light blue to dark blue toning. Which is fantastic.

Match maker

This few days, become match maker to my friends.

One friend was asking me to introduce guys for her. The reason is she is now 25 and haven't got any guys on the list. She hope to get married soon. But can't even get a bf, how to get married wo~ Her only rules is no need to introduce guys which is younger then her. Coz she think younger guys are not mature and cannot take care of her.

Well, I don't argee with her as I think that a person mature or doesn't matter with the age. He might be young but if his level of thinking is mature enuf, that is also consider mature person. AGE doesn't count.

A friend of mine, who have a older age bf, but their situation is very bad now. She wanna broke up with his current bf, because she can't give her security in live. Not to say releastic, but its true. You love the person so much, but he can't give a good security, you will suffer for the rest of your life.

I browse thru my list, only my collegues are available. So i just introdue lo. But the result seems like not tat good. MAybe need to face-to-face intro more effective.

New Fridge

Yeah, we have brought our new fridge :)

Its a brand new Toshiba Single Door Fridge. Model: GR S210PS (210L). At first, I wanted a washing machine very much and TS wanted a fridge so much. Later we have same goals and then sucessfull purchase this fridge. I think 2 person have same goal, the % of sucess is higher.

At1st our budget was buy the most cheapest. around rm600. I seach b4 online that Panasonic got RM599 model - the cheapest one. So we decided to go out market and search search.

1st we go Carefour, Hot deals value is Rm699 from panasonic, other brands too ranging from RM627 toward RM 800. Got brands such as LG, samsung, sharp...

2nd we go to a shop near Pasar Malam at Sri Rampai, as we drive pass we saw alot of eletrical shops. Its near by where we park our car, so we decided to have a look. Got RM599, but I think its too small, I don't really look at it, because the sales man seems like not friendly, asking us what you wanna see.... etc. I just look look for a while only. Maybe because I want the panasonic RM639 fromt the COURTS MAMMOTH

3rd we go to COURTS MAMMOTH at Jalan Genting Klang, because before this, I saw the advertisment showing SHARP 190L only RM599 (Original price RM699) and Panasonic 207L RM639 (Original price RM759). I let TS see, and he decided to buy the Panasonic one, because it got water dispanser plus the price I see on the website, the actual retail price should me RM799.
But end up when we reach there, the promoter say that the price is for those who one to pay installment. If we wanted the panasonic fridge, by paying cash, it will be RM759, not RM639. If we pay by installment, ended up also expensive then RM639 or even RM759. Stupid advertisment. Its call cheating. Don't trust on advertisment, it really sucks. Plus the company don't know to do business. Mostly people buy things using cash, its cheaper then credit card or installment payment, but this stupid company offer cheap price for customer to see, but ended up need to pay more if they really pay by installment. Don't believe COURTS MAMMOTH advertisment.

4th we go to Seng Heng at Sri Rampai. All the single door fridge is RM759. From sharp to toshiba to another brand....

5th we go to a electrical shop, we spend most of our time there, almost 30 minutes, maybe because the sales person is friendly. He recommend us not to get the water dispensor, because it might be fun at first, but for long term basic, its not actually intresting. Because there is no maintance for the motor of the water dispensor and later the container of the water dispensor will become dirty as it can't be remove to wash. Hmm... correct too..
He too introduce us what he think its good for us. But he recommended the Toshiba one. Add more RM100, its bigger size, more storage, and good looking. Actually I wanted to look for more, but seens he offer us a quite good deal RM688 (Display price is RM759), but base on this attitute, we decided to buy it. He say that: "I won't want to only earn you one time only, I wish that u always come back to my shop and buy from me mar, sure I intro a good one for you."

After we go back , TS say that he like to go to electrical shop more then those big big company, because we can bargain more from the shop, see how's good from our bargain skills :)

I was searching for dark chocolate and I found this site - > hersheys.com. It sound very familiar with me, so I decided to look into it, more detail. I saw Kit kat, my favorite chocolate. My dad use to buy this at home. Everyday we can go to the fridge and get some kit kat. Somemore kisses, my dad love to buy that too.... Seems like my dad is a great fan to chocolate. Nah~~ he buy, we eat.

Valentine is today, I saw shopping malls with chocolates and flowers. Very nice to see, but extra expensive when it comes to purchasing them back home. Sign.... I'll buy chocolate after valentines to just eat.

初九拜天公

农历大年初九，是福建人拜天公、大过年的日子，这一天凌晨的拜天公仪式，比大年除夕迎新春、接财神更热闹，更隆重。

在大年初八，就像除夕一样，一清早巴刹就闹哄哄一片，不少人纷纷拥到巴刹购买鸡、鸭、大鱼、大肉和水果，扛着一棵棵的甘蔗回家。
　　
忙碌准备一番后，深夜9时到，就摆好丰富祭品，安好天公座，12点半夜才点起香烛祭拜天公。在槟城，传统的福建人，祭拜天公的祭品，包括鸡鸭、鱼虾、甘蔗、水果、香烛、大金、小金、香烛、龙香等等。TS的家是拜素食的，所以没烧猪。烧猪，是孝敬天公的重点祭品之一，一些经济不错的家庭，甚至订购大烧猪供拜，而普通的家庭也以小金猪或烧肉祭拜，以祈求天公带来好运。好怀念在槟城，在婆婆加那时拜天公，又有烧猪吃，又很热闹。今年的拜天公再柔佛笨珍过，虽然没槟城那样热闹，但也不差嘛。TS家人和邻居还燃烧爆竹，放烟花。富有拜天公的气氛。好久没有如此近距离看人家放红炮了。

拜天公源自明朝 　　

传说明朝时一年的农历新年，倭寇在福建沿海一带，杀人放火，抢夺财物，乡民扶老携幼逃命。 　　

乡民在黑夜中逃到一处偏僻郊野时，眼见倭寇就要追上，大家感到万分惊恐，突然前面出现一大片蔗林，乡民便逃入蔗林躲避，避过倭寇，逃过鬼门关。 　　

这天正是大年初九，逃出生天的乡民都认为这是天公救命，于是每年的大年初九凌晨便祭拜天公，以谢救命之恩。而拜甘蔗也具有不忘蔗林藏身救命之恩。

CNY over for 11 days

CNY just pass the 11th day.

Long long holiday I took for CNY. 3 days on leave, but total up become 11 days of holiday. Adding up the CNY public holiday, replacement holiday and those weekend.

After a long long holiday, today is the 1st day back to work. Allasss.. very tried. Reach KL at midnite last nite. Me not driving also feel that tried liao. Whole journey my darling drive.

This CNY is very very cool. Experience the celebration from different place very nice ler. Different place, different celebrate.

But I still spend my 初夕 nite with my family at Penang. We eat steamboat together... Yummy. Delicous... Sea cucumber -- we always fight for tat.

Seens yesterday I was already on holiday mood. Seening alot collegue beside me, being last day, before they when for their holidays. Today more more holiday mood. Don't feel like working at all.

But we are rushing for a project to deliver before we set ourselves off for CNY. Today dam busy, non stop mapping links. Wanna muntah liao, so many links need to map. Plus the stupid application is so slow sometimes.

Dog year with dog pets

Reading thru the news paper, notice that alot people tend to buy dog at their pets when Chinese New Year is near. According to the news paper, people tend to think that dogs bring good luck and prosperity to the family.

Today morning, I was reading thru the newspaper, I found 1 page saying Malaysian more like to breed what kind of dog. Wah... All the dog also I like one, which include Golden Retriever, German Shepherd Dog, Silky Terrier, Poodle, Shih-Tzu....

Among those dog, my house have breed b4 German Shepherd and poodle (currently at my house). WE also breed b4 Yorkshire Terrier - > quite similiar with Silky Terrier. See the difference.

My dad love the poodle so much. Cause they are cute. I have 2 poodle at home. A male and a female :) This coming CNY, get to see them again. Dogs in my home seems like a family member. We tend to miss them and is a topic we discuss together in our family.


This is Lucky, the male poodle. Its cover with white and brown fur. My dad loves him alot. He say he is more pretty then the other poodle. Yes, definately he is very handsome.


This is Calm. Brownish poodle. You look at her, she is like a toy bear. Really alike. My brothers and sister like her more. Because she is not as naughty as Lucky and their say she is more cute.


German Shepherd of our house. Her name is sugar. She look wild, but deep down inside her, she is a timid dog. Face looks garang, but... Big dogs are good in taking care small dogs


He is call Matthew. Yorkshire Terrier Breed. Brought him for RM2000 as my sister brithday present. Very naughty and intellegiant dog. A toy dog. Very good in manja. Lost him last year, he ran away from home :( miss him.

2nd year aniversary dating with TS

24th January 2006 - Our 2nd year aniversary dating

Nothing special to talk about. We didn't really go an have a great celebration. After some hug hug and talk talk, we think of how to celebrate (Both also didn't think of any idea how to celebrate). At last, decided to just hang around at Naili Corner at Sentul.

Naili Corner, also known as "Atas pokok" (Our language). Why it is so special, because you can yam cha (have your meal) at a tree house. Only 1 tree house. Never had the chance to sit up there. Plus you need to have above 5 people, baru can sit at the tree house.

The decoration there is very special. Not normal mamak stall. It like a kampung house, with natural deco. Example, wooden table and chairs, pots with fountain, water running down, shell at the floor as deco, green deam spot light -- > a definately romantic place for dating.

But one thing bad is its open air, and near the kampung area, which cause alot of nyamuk gigit. Plus the food is super expensive. ABC cost about RM5, which you can get RM2 at normal mamak store. But the ABC is really a huge 1. With ice-cream on top and very big. Another thing we ate is a dish, forgotten the name, but it taste like spagattee with roti planta with chickhen filling. Cost RM12.90. So expensive. Not that nice, coz its like u are like eating spagettee, the taste of the spagattee sauce is very strong.

Why I still come, that a special place for me and TS. He is the 1st person who introduce me this place. Despite my housemate when b4 when I was in Singapore. Remember those days, when I and TS was only friend, he asked me to go there. So touch. We go there buy bike. Very cold at nite. Couldn't hug him as that time wasn't my bf yet. It brings back alot of memories back to me.

I got this from my lovely bf as a chirtmas present. Sucessfully presue him to buy for me. This holiday collection is super special coz its not normal body gel and lotion, but its in a different form.

It comes with 2 bottle in 1 pack, which consist of:
1. Body Cleansing Mousse - normally people use is body gel, never see before in mousse form. It contains mild foaming body cleansing, light cleansing agent which gently cleans while lightly conditioning the skin. It also washes away stress. After cleansing, it leave your skin with soft and smoother skin. Plus it smell GOOD. According to the manufacture, it can use approximately 265 pumps per bottle. So worth it.

2. Moisture Mist - It contains light skin-conditioning and moisturizing all-over body spray. The delicate Moisture Mist soothes and softens skin. Normally people use is body lotion, now it is in spray form. As what Tracy said: Ask you partner to "Spray Me". According to the manufacture, can use approximately 1,250 pumps per bottle.

Both product are enriched with skin-conditioning ingredients of honey and oat extracts. Both are infused with a rich aroma blending notes of peony, guava, and papaya. Its smell is refreshing, very light, as if you

I wasn't that attracked at 1st, because it a body cleansing product. But when I heard that its using OAT extracts, I finally decide to ask my bf give me as a xmas present (Haha ... no need to use my own $$). OAT extracts is well know as cel renewing. And it is use in the Artistry Skin Refinishing product. That small bottle of essences cause me about RM150 per 30ml, but this 2 big bottle is around RM120, so so worth it. Think of it, how many honey and oat extracts are in it. Love it :)

Was wondering why this sushi is so haed pain, rupa rupa nia, the bead on his head is fighting. Thats why he have headache.

Similiar to people, when we face headache, sometimes is our nervers is fighthing with each other (think too much). Pressure will be like this.

LRT spoil again

Argh~~ Bad morning

LRT spoil again. It was weird when the LRT was moving slow and stop very often today morning. I didn't thought they will be any problem, coz at the morning, the LRT sometime will stop for a while. Cause its too near with the previous train.

Suddenly, they say that the train have some tecnical problem at Abdullah Hukum. "Oh no, not again... train rosak!~" That was what I think. They say the train will move abit slower then usual. So I waited.

After 10 minutes, still not effect at all. Allasss.... sure sure..... can't be fix for another 30 minutes. Finally I get my decision to take a Teksi to my office. If I have waited, don't know what time, I can reach office.

Thanks god when I come down, there is a teksi putting people at the enterance. I quickly hopped in to the teksi. On the journey to my office. I tried to ask the driver is there any teksi stand nearby? HE say, they usuualy no stop this LRT station, cause each station is quite near by. No people there, so they seldom wait at the JELATIK LRT station. Thank god I still find a Teksi :) Else I dont know how to go to office

New Paris Seafood Restoran at SS2

Before going to Coffee Bean yesterday, we have End- Business food at New Paris Seafood Restoran at SS2. All on Hoo... Horray~~ Free food:)

Sounds weird the name. But TS still manage to find the place.

It's a 2-3 shop houses join together shop. Heard Hoo say its evaluate from a small frying stall until a shop with 3 shop houses with 3 storey high. Cool. Must be the food is very nice. I guess

Food menu: Fried pork hand, Steam "Bak Su Kong" Fish, Plain Vegetable, Mix long beans with purple fruit, Yam nest with mix vegetable, Taufu, Black Soya Chickhen with Watermelon

Cool. I most liket he black soya chickhen with watermelon. The chickhen very tasty.

Later we notice that each of every food is every table seems alike. What we eat will have appear in other table. Maybe they just use these few dishes also can be so famous o..

Malibu Dream

Yesterday when to coffee bean.

Because it was too late, around 8pm, I couldn't drink coffee related drinks (can't sleep at nite due to the caffenie), So I decided to choose those non- coffee drink.

It was Fresh Strawberry Banana juice and French Deluxe™vanilla blended with ice.

1st taste... oh... seems familiar
2nd taste.. oh.. same taste as the nutrition breakfast

Yalor... its same taste because nutrition breakfast consist of Protien berry and Banana. These 2 have stronger smell. But our nutrition breakfast got extra chocolate and lime taste. But its very very alike nutrition breakfast because the Malibu Dream consist milk and vanila favour. Which or nutrition breakfast also have the milk taste.

Hmm... compare the price, still nutrition breakfast more worth the price. Malibu Dream already RM12 regular liao, nutrition breakfast is cheaper.

Who say those nutrition breakfast taste weird? Even Coffee Bean though of this taste, sure got people like this taste. Good way to promote nutrition breakfast :)

当我妹妹告诉我她们的学生巴士是 S$36 (36x2.3=RM82.80), 我都嫌很贵啦！我才叫我妈在槟城车站问问， 那知更贵！！

但，
从槟城去吉隆坡 one way -RM30 (原价RM27)，还可以啦。
如果从槟城去吉隆坡，再从吉隆坡去笨珍， 应该是大约RM60，就够了。
多二十块就是要它的方便吧。不用换巴士。

Key disappear, where I put??

Was a good morning to sleep, yet need to wake up as today is not weekend. How I wish I'm Hoo, can sleep until natural wakeup.

Woke up late again. Yesterday pensang at the bed, with my makeup on. Too tried I guess, coz pass 2 days sleep at 3am. My love came back, presuaing me to go bath, like presuaing a little girl to go bath.

“乖，去卸妆先才睡。。。 乖， 去冲凉先才睡。。。”

But I still blur blur... can't wake up. He had to drag me up to the bath room.

Today morning was worst, as I wanted to go out, I can't find my house key. Search here and there. NO. Call NTS. CAN'T GET. Call Susie. CAN'T GET. Was going to call back to office and say I WILL BE LATE. BUT I finally try to knock knock Susie door and try if she is in. Surprising Gengki was in. Thank god. I ask him to open the door for me and there I rush to the office.

Hai~~ Was late at office :(

Plastic containers

Tupperware, where is my Tupperware!

Tupperware is a brand not the name of the container. People tend to call plastic container as Tupperware, but not the product real name. Funny rite?

Female like these containers, not sure why. But what I like is they are colorfull and make my things more arrangeble.

When I was finding how a hamper is wrap, I found that plastic containers is also a great gift. Its easy to wrap and its usefull to all people. Here are some ways to wrap Plastic containers.

Otis day

Phew.... What a rushing day.

Time flies. Now already 6.30pm, office hours seems long to me, but today seems very fast.

For morning, my team lead starting to assign me LIVE otis (LIVE obs), coz they are busy in development. Ugah~~ I feel boring when I receive so many tiny tiny obs, need to read for comments, understand the problem before can start fixing obs.

But seems time fly, as 1 do 2 obs together after lunch and do some suffing online when I need to wait for content publishing :)

Mild anisochromasia

What is that mild anisochromasia?

The person who analysis my medical report say I have 地中海贫血带茵者, but I search online, 地中海贫血带茵者 is called Thalassaemia Trait, but why the person I have 地中海贫血?

The person recommend me to have another check up - HB analysis. To determine I am a Alpha or Beta carrier. But the person say that I'm just a carrier, no illness will happen to me. Might be just slight anemia only. The more important thing is that I need to make sure my partner is NOT a carrier too. Else our child will suffer. No blood donation. But I think my partner won't have Thalassaemia, cause he always go donate blood. Too much blood, i guess.

I never heard my dad or my mum say that before. So I ask my sister when she is online. She say that she heard before my parents say that either them have the gen that our cell are not normal. Heard that Jianan also suspect he have the same issue. Have to call back to ask my parents and see whats the issue.

I never ever thought that I have Thalassaemia Trait. No symptoms, nothing at all, but I just know that I seems like not enuf blood, cause they never let me for blood donation. I always can't pass for blood donation. I thought I too skinny, but everytime they say not enuf nutrition.

Whole day, reading information serach on webside, know more this Thalassaemia.

There are a number of different types of thalassaemia within these groups, alpha thalassemia being less diverse than beta thalassaemia.

• Alpha plus thalassaemia is the mildest type of thalassaemia. It will not affect your health but you may pass it on to your children, who will also be perfectly healthy. This form of thalassaemia is very common in people who come from, or have ancestors from Africa, including many Afro-Caribbeans, India, Pakistan or Bangladesh.
• Alpha zero thalassaemia is a rare type of alpha thaassaemia. • Beta thalassaemia is seen most commonly in people who originate from Mediterranean Islands, Asia, Middle and the Far East. Because of migration and intermarriage it is also seen in other parts of the world including the UK.
• Beta Thalassaemia Trait (Carrier) If you have beta Thalassaemia trait you will be healthy but if you have children and your partner also has beta Thalassaemia trait then there is a 1 in 4 chance of each child having the much more serious disorder Beta Thalassaemia major or Beta Thalassaemia Intermedia.

Symptoms

• Alpha plus Thalassaemia This is very common in some ethnic groups. There are no symptoms and it usually goes unnoticed. There may be slight iron deficiency (anaemia) if the blood is tested for some reason. Sometimes people may be mistakenly diagnosed as having iron deficiency anaemia and be treated with iron medications unnecessarily.
• Alpha Zero Thalassaemia There are no symptoms and you are perfectly healthy. However if both parents have alpha zero thalassaemia they have a 1 in 4 chance of having a baby who has alpha zero thalassaemia major which is incompatible with life; the baby is often born prematurely and is dead or dies shortly after birth.
• Beta Thalassaemia Trait (Carrier) There are usually no symptoms and you are perfectly healthy, however there are an increased number of cells and they are smaller than those without the condition. It can cause mild anaemia because slightly less haemoglobin is produced than normal. This usually does not usually cause you any symptoms and cannot be treated by increased iron intake.
• Beta Thalassaemia major Between birth and three to six months, your baby with Beta thalassaemia major will seem normal and quite healthy. Your baby will then begin to show symptoms of anaemia (they become pale) there may be shortness of breath, jaundice and an enlarged spleen.

Saturday Food~~

Saturday nite we definately eat alot. From 6pm to 12 midnite, non- stop eating.

Our friends are leaving to Sarawak soon, don't know when can meet again, so we decided to have a somesort like farewell party for them.

After lots of discussion in the MSN, but finally they decided to follow Hoo to somewhere to eat BBQ at Puchong.

The shop is called Bumbu Bali ~ located at 18 & 18-1, Jalan Persiaran Puteri 1, Bandar Puteri, 47100, Puchong (the shop houses opposite Giant hypermarket). We search and search and search. Funny name. Its not just only a restaurant, but it have alot of home decor stuff inside. Really like a different style restrarant. There are some home decor - Bali style to sell, very impressive. There is 4 cute cats cost around RM10-RM15. I didn't buy, cost no where to place. Will become rubblish...There are also alot of buddha pic, buddha model for sell. Cool~~

Food~ finally come to food. We order alot, we divide ourself into 2 groups, coz the 2nd group arrive abit later then us. (We are in the 1st group)
- 3 campur rasa seafood ~ consist of BBQ chickhen wing, fried sotong rings and something special called satay cilit- its a satay with mixture of chickhen meat, prawn, crab, sotong blended to form the satay. The satay stick is also very unique, they use the stick which we use to cook tom yam. Forgot whats the name liao.
- Nasi campur - Nasi kuning, BBQ prawn, chicken, fish.... etc
- BBQ Chickhen with sotong - me n TS eat this, too little alredy - coz only quarter chichken only
- BBQ chickhen with rice - this one half chickhen with kuning rice

Very delicous~ The drink also very special. Cost: RM250

Later we when to a 名歌餐厅 as SC haven't have his dinner. Supposingly SC offer us that he would sponsor RM200 for the meal in Puchong, but he have project to rush on. So we gather there for another round. We order some light food, eg: french fries, fish and chips, sausage, unagi, soft shell carb, japanese style fried chickhen, plus some large fruit drinks .... Wah, that meal also cost use RM100.

Later they wanna drink COFFEE at starbucks, so we when to W.maju JJ starbucks. Imagine them eating none stop. Arrive at there, already see Hoo with coffee and cakes. I didn't order any coffee, as I can't drink coffee at night ~ can't sleep. But I curi makan Hoo cake and muffin... Yummy.

Full full full..... Too full instate.~

Lewre shoe

Past weekend, I accompany my bf to buy shoe. He purposely drive to Mid Valley, just to buy a pair for leather shoe. Hoo said that LEWRE this brand is famous for overseas people and the quality is good. So he decided to go for a try.

He used to wear hush puppies shoe, but its torn already. He say very confortable.

This this he tried LEWRE and he find it very good. But the price also very good ~ RM249. I never ever buy a shoe which is that expensive. But he is willing to pay for it.

Notice that guys stuff is very expensive compare to girls one. A men shirt may cost RM50 - RM 200, but a women shirt may cost from rm20-rm100. Guys things are very expensive. Thats why they don't shop alot, but one thing might cost alot. For me, if its a leather shoe, its ok for rm200. But for like sandle, its rm80-rm100 for LEWRE brand, I think its too much!!

Stephaine drop by that day and she saw the LEWRE shoe. She also strongly agree that their shoe is very comfortable. As her and her husband also have a pair of LEWRE shoe. She somemore say its a the factory is local. Wah.... local brand also need to be so expensive are. But as long as the shoe is comfortable to wear, its worth the price of paying

Bad news

I have a super bad news, my love is going to singpore from 23th Jan 2006 for 1 month.... :( Oh my god, leaving me alone in KL :( So sad!! Our 2nd year aniversary and valentine is gone like that. Which I can't spend that special day with him. And our CNY plans, gone at all..... My melaka trip.... cry cry...

He say 100% will go, just don't know when he will go. I don't want him to go away.... Already can't stand for a weekend, now 1 month. So sad. I hate his boss, always kacau kacau in between. Everytime we got plans, he sure kacau 1 :(

1. A device that contain listen to music, FM radio and camera. ~~ Sony erricson phone. Althought many ppl say, not so good so many function in one phone, but still its consider ok coz its easy to take, shopping time can easily capture pictures... cool man. PS: That phone no need games, I don't play phone games. As long as it can listen to GOOD music and have camera that can capture cool picture, thats enuf for me
